  • De-alcoholized wine starts as regular wine made through traditional fermentation. The alcohol is then carefully removed using modern techniques that preserve taste and aroma. The result is wine with less than 0.5% alcohol, similar to fruit juice or kombucha.

  • Most alcohol-free wines contain very low alcohol levels, usually less than 0.5%. This is considered minimal, but every pregnancy is different. We always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider to make the best choice for you.

  • Yes. Because these wines are made from real grapes and fermented just like traditional wine, they retain much of the same aroma, mouthfeel, and balance. Many people find the difference surprisingly subtle.
