It then travels to Grasse - the perfume capital of the world - where the alcohol is gently extracted, leaving behind a rum at 0.0% ABV. The ethanol finds a new life in fine perfumery, while the spirit returns to France for its final transformation.
In a historic 1875 distillery, it's redistilled in century-old pot stills with French oak bark, enriching its aromatic bouquet and texture. This artisanal process preserves the smooth body, structure, and lingering finish of the original - now completely alcohol and sugar free.
